All students will need to complete the proper Application/Wavier forms for the fitness program they are joining.
The needed forms are below in PDF format. Please print and complete forms and bring them to your first day of class.

The first month fee is due at registration. Tuition can be paid before class begins.
Tuition: Fees per month are past due the first Monday of each Month.
